What week 1 actually looks like.
30-minute kickoff call + short intake form. We confirm ICP, list size, current outreach setup, and what "good" looks like at day 30.
ICP + lead-list onboarding. You send a sample list (LinkedIn export, ATS dump, or CSV). We scrub, dedupe, and tag so the first sequence has real targets.
First sequence draft lands for review. You mark up copy you want changed, get a revised version back, and we queue Step 1 to launch once you sign off.
