1. Who we are
Outbound ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-powered email sequencing and outreach automation platform. Our service is accessible at outbound-5.polsia.app. For privacy questions, contact us at privacy@outbound-5.polsia.app.
2. What data we collect
Account data: Email address, name, and subscription status when you create an account.
Contact data you provide: Prospect names, email addresses, company names, and any other fields you import or enter into the platform. This data belongs to you — we process it on your behalf.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, sequence performance metrics (opens, clicks, replies). This helps us improve the product.
Payment data: Handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or full payment details on our servers.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to deliver the Outbound service: sending email sequences, tracking performance, generating AI copy, and syncing with your integrations. We do not sell your data. We do not use your contact data to train AI models. We do not share your data with third parties except subprocessors necessary to run the service (see our Security page for the full list).
4. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you cancel, you can export all data before your access ends. We retain data for 30 days post-cancellation, then permanently delete it. You can request immediate deletion by emailing privacy@outbound-5.polsia.app.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR including the right to object to processing and request restriction. To exercise any right, email us at privacy@outbound-5.polsia.app — we respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use a single first-party analytics pixel (Polsia Analytics) that stores a random visitor ID in localStorage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not track you across other sites.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). See our Security page for full details.
8. Changes to this policy
We'll notify registered users by email if we make material changes to this policy. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
